After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will embark on a scenic drive to visit Kufri, a charming hill station situated at an altitude of 2680 meters. Kufri Nature Park, closed on Tuesdays, offers a serene escape amidst nature's beauty. The name "Kufri" is derived from the word "kufr," meaning lake in the local language. This resort hill station in the district of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, is renowned for its stunning Himalayan views and the picturesque Nature Park. Following our visit to Kufri, we will head to Fun Campus, where you can partake in thrilling adventure activities such as Snow Skiing during the winter snowfall, Sky, Bungy Ejection, Zip Lane, and Burma Bridge, all available on a direct payment basis. Afterwards, we will continue our journey with a city tour, exploring Lakkar Bazaar, Christ Church, The Ridge, and Scandal Point. In the evening, you are free to wander through the renowned shopping destination of Shimla town - The Mall. Rest and relax for the night at Shimla, taking in the beauty and tranquility of this enchanting hill station.
After enjoying a delicious breakfast in Shimla, embark on a scenic drive to Manali, nestled at the end of a picturesque valley. Manali is not only a popular tourist destination in Himachal Pradesh, but it also boasts international acclaim. Known for its tranquil streams, melodious birdsong, lush forests, bountiful orchards, and majestic snow-capped mountains, Manali is truly a sight to behold. Legend has it that Manali holds a special place in history, as it is believed that Manu, the ancient sage and author of the 'Manu Samhita', first set foot on earth after a great flood at a location in this very land. The area where he chose to reside became known as Manali, derived from 'Manu-Alaya', meaning the abode of Manu. To this day, a temple dedicated to Manu can be found in the village of Manali. Upon your arrival at your hotel in Shimla, take the rest of the day to relax and unwind at your leisure, with no scheduled transportation. Enjoy an overnight stay in the enchanting town of Manali.
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, the day's itinerary includes visits to some of the most iconic attractions in Manali: First stop is the Hadimba Devi Temple, also known as the Dhungari Temple. This ancient cave temple is dedicated to Hidimbi Devi, the wife of Bhima from the Indian epic Mahābhārata. Located in the picturesque hill station of Manali in Himāchal Pradesh, this temple is a must-visit for its historical and cultural significance. Next, we will explore the Club House, a popular amusement and adventure zone in Manali. Situated on the banks of the Manalsu Nallah, this facility offers a range of indoor and outdoor games for both kids and adults. Managed by the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation, the Club House boasts British-style architecture and activities such as carom, skating, go-karting, billiards, and table tennis. Our journey continues to Vashisht Village, just 3 km from Manali across the River Beas. This charming village is renowned for its sulphur hot water springs and the Vashisht temple located nearby. The healing properties of the spring water are believed to cure various skin diseases and infections. Visitors can also enjoy Turkish-style bath houses with separate facilities for men and women. Lastly, we will visit the Tibetan Monastery, a significant tourist attraction in Manali. Established to accommodate the large Tibetan community in Kullu and Manali, these monasteries offer a glimpse into Tibetan culture and traditions. In the evening, you are free to explore the famous shopping area of Manali town - The Mall. Enjoy an overnight stay in Manali, surrounded by the beauty of the Himalayas.
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will embark on a scenic drive to visit Solang Valley, situated opposite the Solang Village and above the Beas River, just 15 km away from Manali. This picturesque location offers a variety of thrilling adventure activities such as Paragliding, Horse Riding, Quad Riding, Cable Car Ride, Zorbing, Snow Scooting, and Skiing during the winter season, all available for an additional fee. Following our visit to Solang Valley, we may proceed to Atal Tunnel, depending on weather and road conditions. Any additional cab costs incurred for this visit will be covered on the spot. We will then return to Manali for an overnight stay. Please note that Rohtang Pass is only accessible from May to November each year. Due to regulations set by the NGT, we cannot guarantee access to Rohtang Pass or the snow point excursion for our guests. Visits to these destinations will be subject to the availability of permitted vehicles in Manali, with any extra costs to be covered directly by the guest. Please be aware that no vehicles are permitted on TUESDAY for maintenance of Rohtang Pass. Thank you for your understanding.
