An unforgettable private trek with Manu Adventures!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Manu Adventures on our 4-day private trek crossing Minkiani Pass, from Dharamshala to Chamba. We were looking for a more remote, personalised trekking experience, and they delivered beyond our expectations!

From the very beginning, communication was excellent. We received clear and detailed information about the itinerary, logistics and what to expect, which made us feel well prepared and confident before setting off. The route was tailored to our wishes, and having a private trek just for the two of us made the experience even more special. We spent four days surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, crossed the snowy Minkiani Pass at over 4,300 metres and barely encountered another person along the way.

A huge shout-out to our guide, Razu, who was simply outstanding. With 25 years of guiding experience and his background as a nomadic shepherd, he knew the mountains like the back of his hand. We always felt safe and in very reliable hands, even on the challenging, steep and snowy sections. He shared so much knowledge about the local landscapes, wildlife and nomadic way of life, making the trek not only an incredible adventure but also a real learning experience.

And the food deserves a special mention! We were honestly amazed by how much delicious food we were served, even in such remote locations. Freshly prepared meals, hot tea and even a wonderful lamb stew cooked over an open fire after a long day of trekking. We certainly never went hungry! The team took great care of us throughout the entire journey.

Everything was well organised, from the camping equipment and meals to the logistics of this remote crossing. The level of service, personal attention and reliability really made a difference.

If you are looking for an authentic, adventurous and personalised trekking experience in the Himalayas, we can wholeheartedly recommend Manu Adventures. We came away with incredible memories, tired legs and huge smiles. Thank you to the whole team, and especially Razu, for making this adventure one for the books! 🏔️❤️

Did Triund to Lahesh Cave with Mundeep. He was a great guide and the experience was incredible. Would recommend if you enjoy comfortable hiking with good food.

I went on a guided 3d/2n group trek to Snowline and Laka Glacier, and it was truly an unforgettable experience!

I was traveling solo and had originally planned to go to Triund with my telescope, but I really wanted to avoid the crowds. When this group changed their plans to camp at Snowline instead, Vaishalee was incredibly accommodating. She called me and added me to the group, which I really appreciated.

The Snowline campsite was fantastic — incredible views, peaceful surroundings, and a much quieter experience compared to the crowded Triund campsite.

Our guide, Jeevan, was also wonderful — very friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I brought my telescope along and got to take a bunch of photos of the night sky. I also made some great new friends along the way.

Thank you, Manu Adventures, Vaishalee, and Jeevan, for such a memorable experience. I’d definitely recommend this trek to anyone looking for a great Himalayan trekking experience!

Very nice hiking Tour. The organisation was good, always helpful and trying to fulfill All my requests and needs and the guide Ranu was very friendly. They suggested to sleep at Snow Lane instead of Triund, which, if you like the tranquillity of the Mountains and amazing views (better than Triund) is the best place and worth the money. Triund Camp is very noisy and dirty. The only Thing I suggest is to be very transparent in the description of the Websites that the laka Glacier is not a Glacier since it melts in the summer, that was a little misleading. But still amazing experience

Ranu was a wonderful guide. She has a lot of knowledge and he has patience. He also let another person that was not part of the tour that we found lost join us. Definitely will recommend and thank you again.
