The following route is the starting point for your private tour. Road conditions, opening hours, weather and your arrival schedule may change the order of visits.
Arrival & Shimla
Travel from your agreed pickup point in Chandigarh or Delhi to Shimla. Depending on arrival time, take a gentle walk around the Ridge, Christ Church, Scandal Point and Mall Road. Delhi requires a longer transfer; agree realistic sightseeing time before booking.
Overnight: Shimla
Shimla heritage & Kufri
Explore the Viceregal Lodge area and Jakhoo Temple, with a Kufri excursion if weather and timings allow. Visits depend on local opening arrangements. Discuss walking distances, steps and vehicle access with the team.

Shimla to Kangra
Set aside the day for the road journey to Kangra. Kangra Fort and the Masroor rock-cut temples are planned highlights; their order may be adjusted around arrival time and site access rather than rushing both after a long drive.

Kangra’s temple circuit
Visit the Kangra Brijeshwari Devi, Jwalamukhi and Chamunda Devi temples. Allow time for queues, local customs and breaks between drives. Festival crowds can affect the schedule.

Dharamshala & Tibetan culture
Explore the Tsuglagkhang complex, Norbulingka Institute and McLeodganj’s markets. Visit St John in the Wilderness Church, subject to access. Temple visits do not include a meeting with the Dalai Lama.

Pragpur heritage village
Travel to Pragpur and explore its cobbled lanes, traditional houses and village spaces. The Judge’s Court is a heritage property; any visit or stay there must be arranged and confirmed, not assumed.

Return to the agreed Chandigarh or Delhi drop-off point. Allow adequate time for the drive and onward connections; confirm your flight or train timing with the team before making separate reservations.

Are monument tickets included?
No. Entry tickets, camera fees and religious donations are excluded unless your written quote explicitly states otherwise. Travel arrangements do not mean admission charges are included.
Are breakfast and dinner included?
